We take your privacy seriously.

Amnesty International Aotearoa New Zealand will uphold our obligations in terms of the Privacy Act and our Amnesty International Aotearoa New Zealand Privacy Statement, which applies to all of our work. The data will only be held for “Aotearoa Justice Watch”, and will not be used for other purposes. The information will only be accessible to a limited number of key staff of Amnesty International. Any key staff from partner organisations or contractors will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement before accessing the information.

The information you have provided may be used in public reports but we will make sure you are not identified. If information is provided that reveals a real risk of future, significant harm to you or another person, then we may need to take steps, including letting a person or agency who can help know.
